CMB Aseptic Division (formerly Metalbox)
Executed to customer design and specification for CMB Aseptic Division, Wantage; high quality polished 316 grade stainless steel pipe work, tanks and framework to pharmaceutical standards.
 Henkel Ecolab
Work completed as a third party supplier for Ecolab for multiple companies including:- Ilford Films, Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, Youngs Brewery and Scottish Blood Products. Fabrication was carried out in our Swindon workshop and subsequently installed by our team at client sites all over the country.
Patheon (formerly Roussel Laboratories)
Vessels and pipe work manufactured for this client over a period of several years. Items supplied were to pharmaceutical standards with mirror polished internals and were supplied with full certification for materials, welding and workmanship included.
Harmsworth Quays Printing Ltd (Didcot)
Multiple contracts had been carried out for Sean Purcell (Technical Manager at Didcot), when we successfully quoted for the design, manufacture and installation of 8 x 6.75 tonne stainless steel waste water tanks, the dismantle and removal of the existing 2 x 30 tonne glass fibre tanks and the installation of large volumes of stainless steel pipe work.
Harmsworth Quays Printing Ltd (West Thurrock)
Martin Hunt (Projects Director at Harmsworth) requested a quote for manufacture and installation of water tanks and pipework for their newly constructed West Thurrock printing works (which had been built to replace the London works at Surrey Quays). This entailed the design, manufacture and installation of 9 x 6.75 tonne tanks, 4 x 18.75 tonne tanks, the pipe work to connect to the plate making room (all made from 304 stainless steel) and the installation of 2 x Intecna water processing machines. The work was carried out under the direction of Simon Rune Sorenson (Danish Logic Solutions) who was responsible for the electrical installation and control work for Palletiser Ltd.
This was very large contract that we chose to undertake and it was successfully completed on time and to our clients’ complete satisfaction.
